"I have done a number of different cleanses in the past but most of them were juice cleanses and left me feeling very hungry. This cleanse was so filling and left me with a lot of energy . I slept great also . As an avid exerciser , juice cleanses never gave me enough energy to really work out. I worked out hard each of the 5 days and felt great. The best part was the food was delicious ! The soups were filling and flavorful . The salads and dressings were fresh and tasty. I completed the cleanse and really lost my cravings for sugar."
